New Century Remanufacturing (NCR) has introduced a new line of vertical turning machines. The normal fixed rail comes with a standard part envelope needed to for the manufacture of rings and flanges. Larger part envelopes can be made by special order.

• Linear rails and bearings give long-term accuracy with reduced power requirements. The use of roller linear bearings gives increase load ratings for greater stiffness and improves the ability to use new tooling technologies that increase the speeds and feeds of metal removal.
• A polymer concrete filled weldment is used for the machine frame and head. This technology allows for faster manufacture greater rigidity. It also has a lower coefficient of expansion than cast iron, which means there is less accuracy loss due to varying temperature fluctuations.
• Sandvik Capto tooling is used to allow for smaller and lighter tooling with greater clamping forces.
• Fanuc CNC controls, motors, and drives provide the latest state of the art electronics for these machines.
